This is no surprise because most people in the prophetic ministry are expressive in temperament. So they easily get fed up with monotony. They are always striving for more, for new hopes and dreams, new understanding and knowledge. So it is perfectly normal that you keep asking yourself what’s new? Today it is a fact that God is raising his end times prophets to take their place in the church. Wherever you look you can see prophets. But unfortunately there are very little true prophetic teaching and prophetic training programs on the prophetic ministry out there. One of the main goals and purposes of the prophetic ministry is to bring believers to the full knowledge of the Lord Jesus-Christ through sound prophetic teaching. This involves introducing Christ to each believer and teaching them how to hear the Lord for themselves. But you know, you cannot introduce someone you don’t know. Before John the Baptist could introduce Christ to Israel, He had to have a revelation of who Jesus was first. In the same way the prophet has to know Christ before he/she can introduce Him to the church. Knowing Christ involves knowing His love and developing an intimate relationship with Him. The prophet is called to show the Bride the beauty of Her Groom and to lead her by the hand and encourage Her to fall in love with Jesus.
