 car wraps are made out of vinyl and the vinyl film covers the entire body of the vehicle. The windshield and the windows are covered with a special perforated window wrap that allows the driver and passengers to see out. Although occupants of a wrapped car can see out, it is difficult for those outside to see in. The wraps are not a safety hazard whatsoever.
